My listing is not verified, how long will this take?
Once you have purchased tickets through the WRU you should be able to list tickets instantly. If your tickets are not verified please check that you are using the same email address as used to purchase the tickets. Please make sure your tickets are full price and you are not attempting to list complimentary tickets.
Can I pause my listing?
Yes, please go to 'My Account' and then 'My Tickets' and click the 'Live Tickets' tab. You can remove your tickets from the platform temporarily by clicking the toggle button right of the value box. When the toggle button is grey it means your listing is removed but not deleted, this means you can relist it when ready to sell.

Can I edit my listings once they are live?
Once your listing is live you can edit the price on the live tickets page under My Account. On this page you can edit the price of each listing by pressing the price per ticket box. Alternatively, click the edit button next to the bin icon. Remember to click Save once edits have been made.
How do I return my tickets for distribution?
Once your sale has been successful you will need to send the tickets back to the WRU by sending them to the mobile number provided in your confirmation email.
Can I list a concession ticket?
Yes, the class of the ticket will be displayed in the ticket information so that buyers know they are purchasing a concession ticket.
I haven’t got pairs left to sell, will the WRU
change my tickets so I can sell in pairs?
We will not change your allocation to sell on the Supporter Exchange unless it is changing the class of a ticket from child to adult or vice versa.
As always we advise clubs to note any specific denomination of tickets when making their club allocation requests and we always
try to allocate tickets in even numbers as long as allocation numbers allow.
We
advise clubs always trying to sell in even numbers where possible.
