The WRU portal login system has been updated, now using your email address instead of your mobile number and SMS 4-digit code. 

 

This change has been brought in to improve the security of the portal system. 

 

The next time you login into the WRU Portal, you may see the below message:

If this is the first time you are seeing this message, please click on “SET UP LOGIN” and continue with the next steps. 

If you have already received this message when logging in, and you have set up your new login via your email address. Please click on “I’VE SET THIS UP” and continue to sign in using your email address. 

 

Set Up Email Login 

After clicking on “SET UP LOGIN” you will be asked to input your mobile number originally used to login to the portal.

Once you have entered your mobile number, this will send you a 4-digit verification code. Enter this code and click “Continue”. 

(If you don’t receive the code or automated call back within 10 minutes, please click the “Resend code” button under “Continue”)

You will then be prompted to enter your email address. Once entered click “Continue”. 

You can use any email address when setting up the login, it doesn’t have to be the same email address that is linked to the WRU e-ticketing account currently.

You will then be sent a 4-digit verification code via email. Once received enter the code and click “Continue

You will then be able to create a new password (Min 12 characters).

For future access the portal, you will require your email address and password. A 4-digit verification code will then be sent to your email inbox to complete the login access.
