Assign to me – This option allows you to move tickets from your Principality Stadium Ticketing Portal to the Principality Stadium Ticketing app on your own smart device. This option is best used if you are attending the game yourself using a ticket from within your allocation or closer to the time of an event if you have unsold tickets and can manage these on the go by transferring them from your app to a purchaser's app once the ticket has been sold.

Assign to... This option allows you to send tickets directly to Club members or Sponsors using only their name and mobile number. You can either send single or multiple tickets in this way, depending on your preference. Once tickets have been assigned, if the recipient does not already have the Principality Stadium Ticketing app on their phone, they will automatically receive an SMS message with a link to download the app. Once the app has been downloaded and they have completed the registration process, the tickets will automatically appear within the 'My Tickets' section of their app.

Send to agentThis option can be used to send tickets to other Clubs. Please ensure that the mobile number entered when assigning tickets in this way is the same number that the Club Ticket Secretary uses to login to the Principality Stadium Ticketing Portal. Once assigned, the tickets will appear in the Club’s portal for them to assign.

Managing Tickets Page

The mange tickets page allows you to see all tickets that have been assigned and track their full history.

Created for agent – The ticket has been allocated to the club

Assigned to user – The ticket has been sent to an end user via their name and mobile number and they can access this via the app on their smart phone

Ticket Status Explained

On clicking on a ticket within the manage tickets page for a specific game, the full history of a ticket will be shown as well as its current status. Each status is explained in detail below.

Notified - If a ticket has a status of 'notified', it has been sent to an end user that does not have the Principality Stadium Ticketing app on their phone. They have been sent an SMS with a link to download the app but have not yet done so. Once they have both downloaded the app AND completed the registration process, they will be able to access their ticket and the status of the ticket will be updated. An example of this status is shown below.

On account – The ticket has been sent to an end user that does have the Principality Stadium Ticketing app on their phone and has completed the registration process. The user has been sent a notification to confirm that they have received a ticket but they have not since opened the app. The next time that they open the app, the status will change from 'on account' to 'delivered'.

Transferred from app –Once a user has received their ticket by downloading the app, they have the ability to transfer 1 or all tickets from their app using the ticket transfer function. Transferring tickets can only be completed app to app so the new recipient will need to firstly download the Principality Stadium Ticketing app. Within the manage tickets section, Clubs will be able to view the history of all ticket transfers once assigned.
