The below FAQs relate to the use of the Principality Stadium Ticketing Portal.
I
haven’t received my code what should I do?
Please
check the number is correct and submitted in the correct format.

The
number of tickets allocated to my club is incorrect, who should I contact?
Please

Manage
How can
I view the history of the tickets I have allocated to our members?
Select a
ticket(s) from the list, and a box will appear on the right hand side of the
page, showing when tickets were sent, transferred, and who holds the ticket
currently. This will also show if the ticket has been screenshotted, which
might invalidate your tickets.
Assign
How do I
assign a ticket(s) to our members?
All members
must provide a mobile number to be sent the ticket assigned to them. When
sending the tickets please ensure the number has the prefix that includes +44
without the 0 for example 07960000000 is
entered as +447960000000.
What
shall I do If a member already has the app?
The name of
your member will appear partially blocked at the bottom of the screen, please
then add their telephone number in the appropriate field.
What
shall I do if the member does not have the app?
Please
enter first and surname, and telephone number, they will then be sent a link with
instructions via text message on how to download the app and how to receive
their tickets.
I keep
receiving an error message when trying to send tickets, what should I do?
If your
error messages looks like the image below please remove the first 0 from the
mobile number you are entering and try again.

Why
can’t I see my ticket allocation?
Please
click the refresh button, or if you have recently assigned the ticket please go
to the manage section of your agent portal.
Can I
send a ticket to an international number?
International
numbers are supported, please ensure you use the correct country code.
What if
I send the tickets to the wrong number?
If you have sent tickets to the wrong number, please contact clubticketing@wru.wales.
